Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be in new condition with tags attached, original packaging, and returned within 30 days. Special orders or personalized items are NOT returnable. If an item has been altered, it is not returnable. Alterations include but are not limited to hemming, striping, shirt zippers, changing pocket flap or epaulet color, and applied patches. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please call 856-753-5900 for a Return Authorization (RA) number.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Back Orders:

What would make my order get delayed? Some of the items that you may order could be special order items. Some companies will ship the item directly to you, while others require us to ship your item. Once in awhile, an item could be back ordered, which may create a slight delay. If you order does require some extra time to fulfill, you will be notified periodically about the progress of your shipment.

Employment Verification:


Why are you asking me for employment verification? Some of the products we sell are restricted to Law Enforcement and other Public Safety persons therefore we are required by Federal Law to verify the identity of the buyer for certain products. We generally will require a letter on department letterhead from your department, along with a copy of your department identification.

Special Orders:

I can't find my product...Do you take special orders? Yes! In fact this is our specialty, but your needed item becomes our mission. We will do whatever we can to find the item you need at the best price available. Our site only lists our main products, but we are always looking for more items/vendors to add to our list.
